Miles Toyota Sponsors Elmer’s Ōtautahi Elephant Trail in Support of the Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust
Allow us to introduce you to the elephant in the showroom – meet Elmer. We’re thrilled to be sponsoring Elmer’s Ōtautahi Elephant Trail, in support of our long-term partnership with the Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust.
Elmer’s Ōtautahi Elephant Trail is a public art trail coming to Christchurch in the summer of 2023 – 2024, where the city will see over 30 large elephants individually designed by local artists displayed throughout the streets and surrounding towns.
The herd arrives in Canterbury later in the year – in the meantime keep your eyes peeled on our Facebook and Instagram for what’s to come in this exciting initiative.
Supporting the Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust
Elmer’s Ōtautahi Elephant Trail will be supported by an educational programme enabling thousands of Christchurch children to participate in this family-friendly art trail. At the conclusion of the trail, the elephant sculptures will be auctioned off with all the proceeds going to the Laura Fergusson Brain Injury trust, allowing them to continue the valuable work they undertake in supporting people affected by traumatic brain injuries.
