Miles Toyota – Proudly Driving the Special Olympics NZ 2025 National Summer Games
Miles Toyota is honoured to support Special Olympics New Zealand’s 2025 National Summer Games, returning to Ōtautahi Christchurch for the first time in 20 years from December 10-14.
As the pinnacle event for athletes with intellectual disabilities, the games have grown to become the largest inclusive sports event in the country. Thousands of Special Olympics athletes, coaches, families, and fans will gather in Christchurch, where they’ll have the opportunity to compete amongst the best.
Various locations throughout Christchurch, including the brand-new Parakiore Recreation and Sports Centre, will host athletes competing across 10 different sports, including Athletics, Basketball, Bocce, Equestrian, Football, Golf, Indoor Bowls, Powerlifting, Swimming, and Ten Pin Bowling.
Proudly driving the Special Olympics NZ 2025 National Summer Games
The Miles Toyota team is thrilled to support the games by providing 13 Toyota vehicles to ensure athletes, coaches, and officials can move freely throughout the event. The fleet includes New Zealand’s most popular SUV, the Toyota RAV4, and the legendary Toyota Hilux. With support from Ezi Car Rental and Cityhop, the team will also have access to two Hiace people-movers for additional transportation needs, helping advance mobility for all and reflecting Toyota’s Let’s Go Places philosophy.
