The all-new ŠKODA KODIAQ RS isn’t messing around, it’s a 7-seater SUV with exciting, dynamic driving capabilities. The RS range holds ŠKODA’s performance models, and the KODIAQ RS is no exception. With sporty bumpers, high-gloss black details, and 20″ alloy wheels, you’ll turn heads before you even rev the engine.

Driving Capabilities

The powerful 2.0l petrol engine is ready to get you anywhere – 0-100km in 6.6 seconds – with 180kW of power turning all four wheels. The DSG automatic transmission offers seven speeds, and the shifter features a unique high-contrast red stitching along with the model’s signature RS logo.

Let’s not forget about how KODIAQ RS handles. This SUV is fitted with Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC), incorporating Driving Mode Select. This allows the vehicle to drive in several modes that change stiffness of the shock absorbers, among other vehicle settings. For family school runs, a relaxed mode may be more appropriate than it’s dynamic, sporty setting. There’s also an off-road mode for when things get serious.

Interior Details

Inside, the storage compartment in the centre console acts as a wireless charging station and a connection to Smartlink. Smartlink allows ŠKODA drivers to connect to their smartphone and use infotainment via Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and MirrorLink. This means that the driver can access their text messages, calls, and music wirelessly, keeping their hands and eyes on the road.

The 10.25″ Digital Dash instrument cluster allows drivers a choice of five different displays, allowing for updates at a glance, just above the steering wheel. Choose from navigation, media playback, and phone options. The 9.2″ Columbus infotainment offers plenty of bells and whistles, including 3D navigation, a DVD player, and an SSD drive.

Connecting and charging is not a problem in the KODIAQ RS. USB-C connectors are standard, which two additional USB-C ports can be added if your needs require more.

ŠKODA Safety

Of course, a ŠKODA is not complete without it’s Simple Clever technology. A range of safety assists on this vehicle mean that your vehicle will alert you for dangers ahead, behind, and to the side of you, plus assists in parking and illuminating your drive with LED lights. The KODIAQ’s nine airbags ensure all precious cargo is protected.
