The Sportage stands as Kia’s flagship SUV, currently available in a hybrid variant boasting a combined power output of 169 kW and 350 Nm. Engineered for optimal acceleration and minimal fuel consumption, power is sourced from either the petrol engine or the electric motor, depending on the energy efficiency demanded by the driving situation.

The Sportage Hybrid uses Li-Ion battery as opposed to Nickel-metal Hydride battery. This means is can store more energy, weighs less, holds a charge better and longer, and has a 3x longer life. Furthermore regenerative braking efficiently recharges the battery, enhancing the overall sustainability of the vehicle.
