Kia Crowned ‘Best of the Best’ in Roy Morgan’s New Zealand Customer Satisfaction Awards

Kia has achieved the ultimate accolade at the 2025 Roy Morgan New Zealand Customer Satisfaction Awards, taking home the highly coveted ‘Best of the Best’ title – the award reserved for the single brand with the highest overall customer satisfaction across all industries.

In addition, Kia was also named ‘Car Manufacturer of the Year’, reinforcing its leadership in automotive excellence.

The ‘Best of the Best’ award is regarded as the pinnacle of customer satisfaction recognition in New Zealand, making Kia’s achievement a landmark moment for the brand. This honour reflects Kia’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional experiences that resonate deeply with Kiwi drivers.

“For the 2025 awards, approximately 7,000 New Zealanders were asked to rate their satisfaction with brands and service providers across 22 industry categories,” said Roy Morgan CEO, Michele Levine.
