Kia EV9 Design Teased in New Video Clips

We didn’t think anticipation for the Kia EV9 could get much stronger. That was, until Kia released a series of videos teasing the previously-unreleased design – and to say they’ve got us even more excited seems too much of an understatement.

The two videos provide a glimpse at what we can expect in Kia’s latest step towards the future of sustainable mobility, showcasing the silhouette of the vehicle, alongside detailed shots of the tiger-nose bonnet (synonymous with Kia’s design DNA), headlights, and striking rear lights that stretch the width of the vehicle.

Having only released pre-production concept images before, these videos give us an insight into what is set to be one of the most exciting vehicle launches of 2023. A full design unveil of the EV9 is expected on March 15th, with models arriving on New Zealand shores within the first half of 2023.

Kia EV9 Performance

In terms of performance, these videos don’t give much away. However, if Kia’s other all-electric SUV (the EV6) is anything to go off, we can expect a vehicle that sets standards in terms of design, control, and efficiency, offering a smooth ride that’s not only engineered to thrill but for the utmost in comfort and style as well.
