From Apprentice to Foreman: Automotive Careers at the Miles Group

This week, we’re proud to celebrate an important milestone for one of our team members at Miles Kia.

Connor Dunn marks 10 years with the business, a journey that highlights the career pathways available within the Miles Group and the opportunities that can come from continued growth and hard work.

Starting as an apprentice technician, Connor steadily progressed through the business, developing his technical skills, completing his qualifications, and achieving Master Technician status. Today, he leads the workshop team as Foreman, an achievement that reflects both his experience and commitment to the industry.

It’s always rewarding to see team members grow within the business and build long-term careers in the automotive sector. As vehicle technology continues to evolve, skilled technicians and workshop leaders remain an essential part of delivering excellent customer service and keeping drivers safely on the road.

Thank You, Connor

Reaching a 10-year milestone is a significant achievement, and we’d like to sincerely thank Connor for his dedication, professionalism, and contribution to the Miles Kia team over the past decade.
