In late February, the illustrious Toyota and Lexus Business Excellence Awards unfolded in Christchurch, marking a celebratory occasion for outstanding dealerships deserving of acclaim. The annual event serves as a tribute to those who have surpassed expectations in their commitment to excellence. To be nominated and emerge as a top-three finalist is an honor, but to secure victory is a monumental achievement.

Pacific Toyota was deeply humbled to be acknowledged as a top-three finalist across three categories. Furthermore, being chosen as the Parts and Accessories Excellence Award recipient is a testament to the dedication and distinction that define our Pacific Toyota branches’ commitment to delivering exceptional service and quality.

Finalist for the Citizenship Award:

Introduced in 2022, the Citizenship Award focuses on Toyota Dealerships that support their local communities and make positive social, environmental, and cultural impacts. This year, Pacific Toyota’s incredible work with Good Neighbour earned them a finalist spot at the awards. For several years, Pacific Toyota has been a supporter of Good Neighbour. Good Neighbour believes in initiatives that benefit the environment and the well-being of those in our community. Their mission is to provide practical opportunities for people to “give back” and support one another so that lives in our community can be transformed. Though a great honor, Pacific Toyota CEO, Chris Bussenchut said it best, “…it’s not about a trophy, it is all about the reward of seeing the people that are helped daily by an amazing team.”

Being a finalist is a true testament to the team’s dedication and passion that has fostered this result.
