5-Year or 7-Year Warranty Programme
A minimum 5-Year/100,000 km (whichever comes first) warranty will cover your new Kia passenger vehicles for any manufacturing or assembly defects. Cockram Kia or another suitable Kia dealership will take care of all necessary repairs, guaranteeing any replacements made will use genuine Kia parts. This ensures the repairs are correcting any legitimate faults covered by this warranty without charge to you. Kia will take care of all necessary repairs within a reasonable time after delivery of your vehicle and during normal business hours.
Kia’s warranty coverage periods applicable by drivetrain are as below:
- Electric vehicle: 5-years/150,000 km (whichever occurs first)
- Hybrid (PHEV and HEV): 7 years/150,000 km (whichever occurs first)
- ICE (Gasoline and Diesel): 5 years/150,000km (whichever occurs first)
