Methods of entry
To enter the competition, participants must complete a digital form available above. Participants must provide accurate and complete information, including their name, email and address. Participants must enter all fields and include a minimum of 1 photo of their Toyota vehicle. ILAM Toyota accepts no responsibility for inaccurate information submitted.
The competition is open to all subscribers of ILAM Toyota’s email database who are at least 18 years old and are residents of New Zealand. Employees of ILAM Toyota and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entering this competition is acceptance of these terms and conditions. One entry per person.
Prize
Prize: The prize is 1 x hot laps with Superdrive Group for 1 x person at Ruapuna, hosted by Superdrive Group. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services. The winner must redeem the prize before the expiry date listed on the voucher (10th December 2023).
This competition is subject to the terms and conditions of Hot Laps Voucher.
It is the winner’s responsibility to arrange their hot laps with the Superdrive Group and ILAM Toyota accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with the collection or usage of the voucher.
Eligibility
The competition ends 1st May 2023 and will be drawn at random in May. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
By participating in the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional activities as required by ILAM Toyota and Superdrive Group.
By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by ILAM Toyota and Superdrive Group for the purposes of administering the competition and notifying the winner.
ILAM Toyota reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the competition.
ILAM Toyota reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
By entering the competition, participants grant ILAM Toyota the right to use their photos for promotional and marketing purposes related to the competition, including but not limited to social media posts, advertisements, and website content. Participants understand and agree that their photos may be edited, cropped, or otherwise modified by ILAM Toyota.
Acceptance
The winner will be contacted via their email address provided. ILAM Toyota will take all reasonable steps to contact the winner, but in the event of no response within 72 hours the prize may be forfeited and redrawn. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to have their name and photo (if applicable) shared on ILAM Toyota’s social media channels, website, and in our monthly email newsletter.
The winner agrees to collect their prize from ILAM Toyota.
