Terms & Conditions

• Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these general Terms & Conditions and any specific or additional terms and conditions as outlined below.
• This Prize Draw is run by Miles Limited trading as Lexus of Christchurch.

Eligibility

• The Prize Draw is open to Eligible Entrants who:
  • Are 18 or more years of age
  • Complete the required fields within the supplied form between Tuesday 5 December 2023 – Sunday 10 December 2023
• Employees of Toyota New Zealand Limited, Toyota Finance New Zealand Limited, their advertising agencies, subsidiaries, Lexus and Toyota Dealership staff and their immediate families are not eligible for this Prize Draw.

How to enter

• There will be one entry into the Prize Draw for each email address supplied
• If an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, or in the period when the Prize Draws occur, the Eligible Entrant is solely responsible for contacting Lexus of Christchurch to amend those details. Lexus of Christchurch takes no responsibility to ensure that an Eligible Entrant’s details are correct at the time of a Prize Draw.

The Prize Draw

• There are 30 double passes each consisting of
  • 2x General Administration to the 2024 Urban Polo in Christchurch
• Lexus of Chirstchurch reserves the right to offer substitute prizes
• There will be thirty winners in total, and each will be randomly drawn by Lexus of Christchurch from all Eligible Entrants.
• The Prize Draw will be drawn on the 18th December 2023.
• If a winner cannot be contacted 48 hours after the Prize Draw, the winner may be deemed to have forfeited the Prize and the Prize Draw may be redrawn until a winner is found.

Further Terms & Conditions

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to have their name and photo (if applicable) shared on Lexus of Christchurch’s social media channels, and in our monthly email newsletter.
• Sample imagery may be used for promotional purposes.
• By entering the Prize Draw participants agree to the terms of Miles Group’s Privacy Policy.
• By entering, prize winner(s) agree to be available for reasonable publicity purposes without compensation, including but not limited to photographs and interviews. Entrants acknowledge that their details may be published in various media.
• Lexus of Christchurch may change these terms and conditions if necessary to allow the Prize Draw to run as intended.
